Get started

The installation process is the same for all OS. The only prerequisite is to have access to MatLab. To get started, follow the steps described bellow.

Mesh

Download the zip file of the last version of CastLab.

The zip file contains two folders:

SOURCE: folder in which the .m files of CastLab are gathered
EXAMPLE: folder in which the user can find several examples. An example gathers one single .m file and one or two .mail files. The .mail files contain the description of the mesh.

Add to the set path variable of MatLab the folders SOURCE and EXAMPLE.

Check if CastLab is ready for use: to do so, log on the EXAMPLE folder and run the check_test.m file. All the examples will be ran. The whole process takes approximately 4 hours.
